PORT-of-SPAIN,TRINDAD and TOBAGO – At the Summit of the Americas , Venezulan Socialist President Hugo Chavez just ran at another opportunity to meet Obama. He gave Obama a book on American and European Affairs in South America. Chavez also recently removed term limits in Venezula,so he can rule for as long as he wants.
