GAZA CITY - Israel has surrounded the capital and largest city of the Gaza Strip and the Israeli Army accused Hamas of bombing Israel.
UPDATE 1/5/09 - Today,UN leaders meet at the UN Headquarters to calm things down in Gaza. Middle East leaders are also meeting in the Middle East.
