NEW YORK - Gov. David Paterson (D-NY) is going to name Caroline Kennedy,the last surviving child of former President John F. Kennedy, to replace Hillary Clinton (D-NY) as the Junior Senator of New York as Clinton becomes Secretary of State in the incoming Administration. Kennedy formally said that she was interested in this office.
