NEW YORK - Timothy Geithner, Obama's nominee for Secretary of Treasury is under scrutiny for:

• Not Paying Taxes
• The Legal Status of his Former Housekeepers

An emergency meeting has been called to discuss the issue in Washington with Ben Bernanke,the head of the Federal Reserve,attending.

The Obama Team has said his tax issue were a common mistake.
