CHICAGO - Obama has rumoredly narrowed his choice for Secy. of Homeland Security as Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano (D) . She is the top candidate for the job,according to the Obama team. Sen. John McCain (R-AZ),Obama's former rival congratulated his state's governor for being the top pick for the job. If she accepts the job,she will be succeeding Michael Chertoff (R-NJ).
